About The Event
What if Food was the answer for looking after ourselves and the planet?
As we grow more and more conscious of the negative impact of processed food and animal protein on our health, we are also struggling to find time to cook from scratch in our busy lives. With the majority of our waste being single-use food packaging, how can we look after ourselves, find time, save money and reduce our use of plastics?
This workshop is for you if you are looking for ideas to reduce your waste and learn how to make easy and tasty vegan recipes with whole foods.
We will take you step by step through our favourite four low waste plant based recipes, (hummus, falafel/ burger, veggies scraps stock and energy balls) and send you the recipe cards to replicate them after the workshop. We will also share our tips to reduce plastic when buying food.
All the recipes are vegan. Please notify us if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
