Time & Location
29 Sept 2021, 18:30 – 20:00
The Create Place, Bethnal Green, 29 Old Ford Rd, London E2 9PJ, UK
About The Event
In this relaxed and friendly workshop, we will highlight why green cleaning is important. You will discover the many household uses of bicarbonate of soda, white vinegar, citric acid and castille soap and how these products can be used to create a multi purpose cleaning spray, a desodorising cleaning powder, a floor cleaner, a dish washing liquid and a laundry liquid detergent and toilet cleaning bombs. Our experienced facilitator will guide you step-by-step through the recipes and share all her tips on green cleaning. You will take home a sample of the products you made plus the recipe cards to make more at home.
Making your own cleaning products will save you money, reduce packaging waste and is less harmful for your health and the environment. A perfect workshop to learn something new, share tips on low waste living and meet like-minded people.
All tools and materials will be provided. We ask you to bring your own containers, such as jars or takeaway containers, to take your products home in. You may also want to wear an apron.
Rethink Reduce Reuse Together
