About The Event

What if Food was the answer for looking after ourselves and the planet?

As we grow more and more conscious of the negative impact of processed food and animal protein on our health, we are also struggling to find time to cook from scratch in our busy lives. With the majority of our waste being single-use food packaging, how can we look after ourselves, find time, save money and reduce our use of plastics?

These workshop are for you if you are looking for ideas to reduce your waste and learn how to make easy and tasty vegan recipes with whole foods.

We will cook our favourite low waste plant based recipes and share tips as well as handy recipe cards so you can replicate them at home with time to eat and chat at the end of each session.

All the recipes are vegan. Please notify us if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.

29th June: Easy every day breads

We will make  quick and delicious flat breads and show you how to make a no knead bread. Please bring a couple of food containers to take some dough home.

27th July: Easy vegan spreads and cheeses
