About Our Shop
We created our online shop to make it easier for people to purchase materials to make our workshop products and introduce them to a more sustainable way of life. We want as many people as possible to experiment and try low waste living for themselves, whether that be at one of our workshops, or in the comfort of their own home. As a social enterprise, it's extremely important to us that the work we do has a positive impact and we strive to ensure our shop continues to have the values and ethos that we have stuck by since establishing Sunny Jar.
Packaging and Sustainability
Sunny Jar Eco Hub aims to encourage low waste and sustainable living. Our shop endeavours to make low waste living products more accessible and easy for you to try and purchase. We want to ensure these products get to you in good condition, as well as remain as affordable as possible. These principles helped to guide our packaging choices.

We have sourced our materials and packaging from a range of companies, supporting smaller businesses that have a similar ethos to our own, where available.

Our amber glass bottles and aluminium tins are made from materials that are infinitely recyclable and easy to reuse. They both contain small amounts of plastic. The glass bottle has a plastic spray top. The aluminium tin comes with an EPE (a form of plastic) liner in the lid, which helps to contain moisture and ensures a tight seal. We encourage you to refill and reuse these containers as many times as possible. At the end of their life, please recycle them (and dispose of the plastic components thoughtfully). We are researching the possibilities of a return and refill scheme and will keep you updated.

The rest of our packaging is 100% recycled paper or cardboard that can then be recycled again or composted. We use paper tape and print all of our resources on 100% recycled paper. We also reuse paper wrapping, envelopes and boxes that we receive from our suppliers.

Shipping Information
We ship to anywhere in the United Kingdom.

We offer flat rate shipping of £3.50 for orders below £40. Free shipping for orders over £40.

We aim to always keep you informed about your order. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, there may be delays to delivery times. ​We use Royal Mail to ship your order.
Once your order is placed, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you require next day delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order, so we can notify you of the additional costs.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns Information
​We hope that you are happy with your order. If you’re not satisfied, you may return items direct to us by emailing us at hello@sunnyjarecohub.com with your order details and return request, within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the Sunny Jar Eco Hub website. By placing an order with Sunny Jar Eco Hub you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements and prices are correct.
We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT.
Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

Photos in our online store represent the items that you will purchase, however there may be slight variations between the photos and the product details and photos should not be relied upon for accuracy. Please ensure you read the product information and details carefully, we cannot be held responsible for purchase of items based on the photos.
Orders can be processed directly though this website. Sunny Jar Eco Hub processes card payments securely via Wix Payments, who use third party payment systems, Adyen and Stripe. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Sunny Jar Eco Hub will only ever share your name and delivery address in order for us to send the items to you. We will never share any other details. By clicking 'check out' you are agreeing to the terms. If you want your details deleted after order fulfilment, please email us at: hello@sunnyjarecohub.com. We collect your email details to inform you of your order processing. We will ask you for your consent to email you for marketing purposes and keep you updated on our events, new products and social impact.
All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock, there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Sunny Jar Eco Hub will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contractor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
When an order is placed, the customer will receive an email receipt as confirmation of the purchase. This email receipt is not the same as a contract. Sunny Jar Eco Hub reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to insufficient stock, an inability to authorise a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Sunny Jar Eco Hub. As such, Sunny Jar Eco Hub reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders that fit within these parameters. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, Sunny Jar Eco Hub will issue a refund to the account in the same amount as the incorrect price. Sunny Jar Eco Hub reserves the right to change any of the information found on this site and the services and products described therein at any time and without notice.
